How much does engraving cost?

Most of the products at ineedawards.com come with 50 letters of custom engraving, at no additional charge. If you need more than that, the cost of additional engraving will be 12 cents per letter. Any additional engraving will be billed to your credit card when your order is processed.

What engraving letter style is used?

We will choose an appropriate style of lettering for your award. Our many years of experience have taught us what fonts are attractive and work well for the application. In other words, we know what looks good. Remember that just because you get 50 free letters of engraving, that doesn't mean you have to use them all. Sometimes a simple, clear inscription says more than a long, wordy one. Trust us to make your special message look great!

How will my order be shipped?

We use UPS as our primary shipper. Their reputation of service and reliability is second to none. Your order will be shipped regular UPS ground, unless other shipping arrangements are made in advance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We customize each order with your personal engraving message, and that takes some time. We will strive to process your order and get it shipped to you within 5 to 10 working days.
